They will have to give a brief account of the relevant regulatory framework and related doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines.

The author should not be involved as a party to the proceedings they are to comment on.

The writings received will be subject to a double blind peer review procedure, in order to guarantee their scientific validity.

After the successful outcome of the review by the Scientific Committee, the Author will be asked to provide a short profile and a photograph in jpg or jpeg format for subsequent publication in the space dedicated to the Authors and will also be provided with information on the editorial criteria for formatting the text.
